      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everyone around me who uses ee phone cards has a full cell signal. But my ee has only one cell signal for a small part of the day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to get a full signal after exchanging phone cards, which ruled out the cell phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
