If the problem is mostly at home, and it's causing a loss of coverage, then WiFi-calling is an excellent solution.

I’ve had this issue “

MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. To keep connected simply use WIFI calling, to get started click here ee.co.uk/wifi-calling. To manage your MyPlaces updates, go to coverage.ee.co.uk To opt out of all MyPlaces updates, text STOP to 444.

at least once a month for a year now. And mostly have little to no signal at home. But yet I’m being charged full price even though they know there’s a fault in the area constantly. - been told sorry. Anything I can do ?

Your subscription covers access to EE's UK-wide network, using whatever radio technologies are available in any given area.

No network is fault-free nationally. WiFi-calling is a free service which enables almost universal national indoor coverage - something no mobile network is realistically likely to achieve.
