There's implications in your post that you are able to make calls in certain places but not others. Does your phone show coverage indicators when you have problems? In other words, is this a coverage issue? I'm not clear what you mean by "the 4g also doesn't connect" - is this a reference to mobile data?

WiFi-calling is available anytime you have indoor coverage issues.

I recently moved to EE sim and since my calls won't connect. When I call the error message says ' contact not registered to network' it works for very select places, but I need to be able to make calls in my dorm room. The 4g also doesn't connect so I can't make calls that way either. Can somebody please help me

Thank you

Hello @Jasmin711 ,

Does your SIM card work at all when not in your room? There maybe something blocking it, do you not have wifi where you are?

If you do, do you not have wifi calling on your phone?
