Hi plz activate my sim for 5G I bought yesterday and I activated 100GB for 20 pounds and I have iPhone 15 pro max but it’s 4G I checked app and website for 5G but I can’t plz do it from your system or show me by text sms to activate

@Ahmad_63847 Are you on contract or PAYG ? 5G isn’t available for PAYG and to have 5G you need to enable on your device if your a contract customer. You also need to be in a 5G area to get 5G. On the iPhone you go to settings>mobile services>select your sim>voice and data and enable 5G on or 5G auto. Again you need to be a contract customer to have access to 5G.
