Same here had no signal for the last couple of days started when we had the thunder storm, I’ve restarted me phone, did the airplane mode thing, I’ve tried checking the area status checker thing but everytime I go on it, it won’t show me anything so I’m just stuck with no signal and no information lol

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance, to check for local service outages. A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Can you get access to wifi calling? It's possibly a good idea to call customer services on 150. The status checker is still working for me right now so I can't figure out why you'd be getting a black page.
