I’ve experienced the exact same with ee .To a point now I’m looking at a different provider.

I was talking to friends on o2 & vodafone the other day, they were saying coverage is worse than ever and EE seems a lot better.

Goes to show, I guess.

My advice to you Leanne is move to a different provider. EE have gone from the best t in my opinion to the worst.
I spent hours trying to get an answer, and was phobed off every step of the way one excuse after another. They don’t care and don’t seem bothered.
EE is a sinking ship they don’t give a dam. Oh! And their broadband is just as shocking, big mistake moving to them for it.
