No signal

Hi Leanne,

I've been having this same issue for about 3 days - my phone shows no signal and then will get a tiny bit (and go to EE Edge) and then nothing.

I've restarted my phone countless times but nothing is helping.

Does this happen in multiple locations?

Are you aware of any known issues in the area? If not, you can check by searching the EE Network Checker.

Are you saying your phone loses coverage, obtains 2G (EDGE) and then drops to no coverage again? If you make a short outbound call (VM or 150 is fine for this purpose), does 4G coverage restore within ~30 seconds of the call ending?
