Mobile number not recognised

Hi,

I am having trouble with my phone, for some reason when someone tries to call me it tells them that my number is not recognised.

All my bills are up to date, I have restarted my phone and checked the network. There are no current network issues in my area and I was receiving calls fine up until about 11pm tonight.

Can you make calls OK?

Also, is this happening with more than one contact that has tried calling you?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply, it was an issue on Sky mobiles end. All other n umbers on other networks could get through to me.

It has been resolved.
