Did you find a resolution to this?

I have a 15 pro max , and signal is awful, always dropping calls..Apple diagnostics fund nothing wrong with hardware, however, they did say that they're were network issues showing in the diagnostics.

I have no issues with the same SIM in a galaxy phone .

Your diagnostics are very clear! Out of interest, what was involved in the Apple checks?

You could try another known working SIM in (what sounds like) the faulty phone, as a further diagnostic test.
