Over the past six weeks, my cell signal at home in central london has been virtually non-existent. At best, the signal comes and goes intermittently, but most of the time, I only have one bar. As a result, when I try to make phone calls, the person on the other end can’t hear me clearly, if at all, and the call often gets disconnected. This issue isn’t limited to inside my home; it also happens when I’m outdoors in my neighborhood. The unreliable signal is causing significant inconvenience, and I’m unable to make or receive calls effectively. Could you please investigate this problem and let me know what can be done to improve the signal quality ?

A good first check is to use the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker which also includes the facility to report problems. Do you know any friends or relatives locally who also use EE, you could compare service with?

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.
