Ripon (HG4) Mobile signal

Mobile reception in Ripon is horrendous, especially in the city centre. Walk into any shop and no data signal, even at home the signal is less than stellar. I have to resort to having Wi-Fi calling enabled in the house.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this, and I'm disappointed to hear you've been struggling with keeping connected recently.

Do you know if other EE users are struggling in the same locations?

Also if you haven't already, I'd recommend checking out our network status checker, which should give an estimate of available coverage along with details of any live outages.

Does your phone still show coverage? Are you able to make & receive calls?

Just trying to ascertain if you're reporting "slow data" or "no indoor coverage"

yes other ee users have the same issue in Ripon, using Samsung devices

Indoor coverage can vary from location to location, and it's something we can't always guarantee as there are a whole range of factors that can influence this.

How do you find things outside, and do you notice improvements in other areas?
