Why is my signal getting worse each day!

I’ve always had brilliant signal in most places with ee but lately it seems as diabolical as other network brands. Everyday I seem to be struggling more and more to use my phone for simple tasks which require a data connection, let alone hotspot my laptop for work! Surely I am not the only one having this problem?!

To clarify, are you reporting...

1: Degraded on-screen bars, which you're associating with degraded data speeds? Or..

2: Degraded data speeds regardless of displayed coverage.

The on-screen bars are a rough guide to signal quality, not available capacity. Is this only happening in one location or multiple?

Hi @Jes51

We know how important it is for you to be able to stay connected, so I can understand how frustrating it must be if you're having this trouble.

Are you having trouble with your speeds, or with getting a data connection altogether? Is his happening everywhere you go, or does it just seem to be in the one area?
