My mobile keeps disconnecting from EE network. Is there anything i can check?

If I turn mobile off then restart it finds EE again but it will then disappear and i keep missing calls.

It certainly does seem odd that this is happening. Has this been happening the entire time you've had your phone?

No, only randomly the last year really, but more so now than ever now. I've had phone for 18 months. Hubby had phone same time and his always connects even when we are in the same area. So frustrating.

No pattern of disconnecting really, more so in work (Cardiff) than home (Aberdare) but it's not a new workplace and it used to work there?

My husband has same mobile at home and his works fine.

Have you checked the areas on our coverage checker, @nads75?

You should be able to see what the general coverage is like for the area, and report a problem, if you don't seem to get the service described on there.
