Hello, I've recently paid for a week of access to EE wifi as the home I'm staying at has poor connection. I am not in a rural area I am in the middle of a city, The connection I've paid for constantly drops or doesn't let me connect, when it does allow me to join it is still unusable for most tasks such as working from home. The attached image shows my network RTT and as you can see it is all over the place. I am not a usual user of EE but I would like to know how I can ask for a refund as I am unable to find any options for it through their support portal. I am not at all receiving the service I've paid for.
