i have no service on my phone for around 2 days already. i've tried checking mobile coverage on my area, it says excellent coverage, but service status in my area page says "we can't check our network right now". i have tried restarting my phone, airplane mode on and off and removing the sim, cleaning and reinserting but none of it work.

Do you know any other EE users locally, and do they have any coverage issues?

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Have you tried using the web status tool with an alternative browser and/or in private mode?
