Does your phone show network coverage when you have these issues? In other words, are you reporting a lack of coverage in a specific location? Or problems using your phone when coverage is shown?

If the former, is this an area you've previously had service?

I’ve been having signal issues for at least 3 months now, I’ve reported this 5 or 6 times, keep getting messages saying it’s fixed, restart your device and it’s exactly the same!

I cannot make or receive calls without WiFi calling on and my messaging apps don’t work without WiFi. I’m now at the point where I’m asking myself what am I actually paying you for and I would like to leave and take my business else where. Leaving a mobile contract is more difficult than climbing Everest but I am not getting the service I expect so what can I do about this??? HELP!!!

it shows coverage but just sticks on 2 bars of service, I can toggle between 4G and 5G in settling but it’s exactly the same!

I had another text last night saying there was a network issue in my area and they were working on a fix, this has happened many times before so I’m not hopeful….

When did you last restart your phone or toggle flight mode?

Your symptoms sound more device-related - do you get the same problems regardless of geographical location?

A 2way SIM-swap would be worth trying if a restart fails to resolve.
