Our local area OX28 has network issues but EE or NN(nothing and nowhere) say there’s nothing wrong, no 4G calls dropping out can’t make calls, but move to another area and it’s fine, I’m making contact with other local EE customers to make a case against them.

Sent from my iPad

Lots of people have issues with every mobile network..

What are the specific issues you're having using your EE phone? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Are these issues specific to one location or are they more generalised?

More general issues can often be caused by device issues.

Lots of variables and EE are upgrading their network generally.

Can you provide a bit more information on your circumstances.

Thanks

Does VoLTE coverage show when you have problems with calls dropping or not connecting?

There is value in any affected customer reporting their issues, to allow further investigations.
