Hi,

Thank you for responding, I am not necessarily doing anything.

Could just be out walking the dog listening to Spotify and the connection drops.

I used to be able to use the phone from Whitley Bay to Newcastle on the Metro, all the way in but now I can't use it at all.

No data and phone calls are patchy.

My gut tells me its got something to do with BT and EE merging, I suspect that the network is over subscribed in my area. Its being playing up a lot worse over the last couple of months.

If I put in a different sim with a different network it works better 😞

Recently I am constantly getting No Connection error messages, either something on the network has been changed or something on my Google Pixel 6 has changed. Any ideas please before I change service provider.

What are you doing with your phone when this error occurs? Does your phone show network coverage? Are you able to make & receive calls?

So you're using mobile data when this happens.

Is coverage displayed on your phone? Is this in one specific location, or a more generalised issue?

The status checker is the best first step for location-specific issues.
