My phone has stopped working saying sim not provisioned call ee but I can't call ee. Qny ideas

Does your phone show coverage indicators?

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker if not, to check for local service outages. A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

People can't call me either and Im currently in hospital and need my phone working

When I am trying to make a call it saying not registered on network. I have tried removing and cleaning sim, turning on and off aeroplane mode and restarting my phone. None have worked

Answering the questions already posed, will help further advice. Specifically,

1: Does your phone show coverage indicators?

2: If not, perform a manual network search via your phone's menu, does EE show?

3: If yes - can you manually select it?

4: If no - Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker if not, to check for local service outages. A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.
