      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4434890"&gt;@mandy137&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Calls and texts are not cellular data. &amp;nbsp;You can turn off cellular data on the device and still make calls/texts. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Have you allowed the apps to use cellular data ? &amp;nbsp;You’ll find this is Setting&amp;gt;mobile services and scroll down anything that’s toggled on ( green ) and use cellular data provided you also have cellular data enabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
