When I try and go online away from home my 4G won’t work. I have an iPhone 11. Can anyone help please?

How does your 4G not work - do you get 2G instead? Do you get no coverage? Or is there a problem with, for example, making/receiving calls?

When did this problem start?

I can make and receive calls fine.

@mandy137 Calls and texts are not cellular data. You can turn off cellular data on the device and still make calls/texts. Have you allowed the apps to use cellular data ? You’ll find this is Setting>mobile services and scroll down anything that’s toggled on ( green ) and use cellular data provided you also have cellular data enabled.
