topic No Signal in Mobile Network discussions

I upgraded my sim contract to have unlimited data, calls and texts in May/June and for a few weeks the signal and data was working great both indoors and outdoors. in the past 2 weeks the signal has been horrifying. I am aware that EE has essentially said indoor signal isn’t their problem but i’ve been with EE for years. I solely rely on my signal and mobile data hence why i upgraded to unlimited. I get 0-1 bars and i cannot call, text or use my data. it’s absolutely terrible

Indoor coverage is never guaranteed with any operator, WiFi-calling is promoted as a mitigation.

Check for a network outages using the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
