I have exactly the same problem. I have driven down the road to get a sognal but neither ee number works nor bt.

@Virgh1 You need to check that your mobile has wi-fi calling feature and if so is working may help if you have a landline issue, if cell is not able to send the text to your mobile, try switching it off and back on, may help text to come in. HTH

I hAve done all that, spent 3 hrs on the phone through someone else’s phone at first thought it was wifi problem but have driven down the road to pick up a mobile signal but I still can’t contact EE or BT, so the problem mist be on my phone. I do not have a landline. There are other numbers i cant contact too. I don’t have a problem with anyone on my favourites list?

@Virgh1 Looks like you have to check with EE CS for mobile issue's, it may not be the iphone with the issue and possibly the service. Do you not have a good indoor EE mobile signal at home?

My husband was with BY and his line was changes ee. He can tpe in 150 but there is no ringtone.

Does the call to 150 connect when you are in another area?

Solution at last ….

E Sim. Choice of Personal calls or Primary calls.

choosing personal or both does not work if you only have one phone number on your phone.

according to the EEshop i visited today. The technology isn’t fully sorted yet and it gets confused.

this happens on some phones but not all.

hope this helps others
