    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3603850"&gt;@Mazi1978&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This a new SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This a PAK Code Transfer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This a old SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on which one you answer to will determine the next steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for example:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A new SIM card requires activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PAK Codes Transfers even though &lt;STRONG&gt;NOT&lt;/STRONG&gt; every common can leave you without any service for 24 hours while the transfer and porting it taking place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Old SIM can get faulty and should be changed every 4 years to prevent any issue malfunctions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of this apply it could be a fault in your area, just to make sure you can view the masts status &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;HERE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also what mobile device are you using?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have not been able to make or receive calls on my phone and even data connection is not working. The display I see say “no service” what could be the issue and how can I resolve this please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
