Try a manual network search - does EE show as available? Toggle flight mode if it does.

If not, there may be a local outage - follow "check status" on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker to check and/or report.

Hi,

Randomly I was out the house and my signal went. Now it appears I can only use my phone when connected to wifi and can’t use my mobile data as it just says no signal. How do I resolve this ? Thank you

Hi,

No EE isn’t showing up in the corner and it says good coverage in my area. What else can I do ?

Sounds like you've used "check coverage", not the "check status" option I suggested.

Have you performed a manual network search? Does EE show as an available network?

I did the manual network search and ee does come up but clicked on it and still says no signal. Should I get a new e sim ?
Thank you for your help so far

That network search proves the network is available, and this is not a coverage issue.

Try toggling flight mode, and if this fails to restore service you may need to contact CS from another phone to check your account.

If you had a physical SIM I would suggest trying it in an alternative phone, if you know anyone else on EE with a physical SIM they're willing to try in your phone - doing so would help prove whether your issue is SIM/account-related.
