    <description>&lt;P&gt;What's the issue you have? Does the status webtool recognise a problem in your area?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All network sites have a legal agreement with the landowner, that's part of the install process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 years later and same. There is a "temporary" mast at the football club, so at ground level. Signal in much of town centre poor to non-existent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand the farmer who owns the land around the permanent mast which has failed is not allowing anyone onto his land, so repair not possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would hate to loose access to BT/EE hotspots, but I am about to change provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
