Have you toggled flight mode, and - if that fails - restarted your phone?

Yes, I did of course. I have a double Sims phone. Other system (3) is working properly. Only the EE not.

Are you experiencing Edge signal in multiple areas?

If so, are you able to try the SIM in another phone to see if the same signal shows?
