No any MVNO (1p Mobile) run by EE network as it EE main responsible for any network status as 1p mobile told me. I type in post code under EE network issues there is problem in the area and click here for more information - but stupid EE won't let me access it unless you are EE customer! That's bang out of order, the network signal fault should show information to public why hidden it to ee mobile customer only. I have raised this complaints to Ofcom about this site https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status showing useless no information to put on it.

Network issues here for ongoing for 5 months now.

I'm not sure what you're actually asking, but service queries from 1p-Mobile users should be directed at 1p-Mobile.

The same applies to any MVNO.

There has been a misunderstanding here, and incorrect advice posted on this thread as a result.

EE provide the radio coverage for their MVNO's, but those MVNO's are responsible for all customer service interactions.

It is the responsibility of 1p-Mobile to act as conduit for those queries, and direct them to the host operator as appropriate. EE are completely within their rights to restrict their status information however they see fit.
