@13NF : Which WiFi signal? From your own router? If so, does EE supply your Broadband?

Or is it the public EE WiFi network you're having trouble with?

EE has nowt to do with WiFi other than its BB or its public EE WiFi network.

To add, WiFi is just a connection between a mobile device & broadband router. Unless that broadband router is a mobile-based dongle, it has nothing to do with EE's mobile network.

If it is a mobile dongle, you can check mobile network outages using "check status" on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
