How long does it take for a mast to be put up after the application got accepted

Hey all, a 5G 3uk & EE mast got approved in late December and I was wondering how long it takes until they start doing work to put up the mast. If anyone has a rough idea please let me know.

The approved planning application will say how long they have to install any infrastructure. Ultimately there is no guarantee they will.

There are numerous factors here, and the answer unfortunately is "how long is a piece of string".

If this is a new site build, there will potentially be civils & DNO work in preparation. The tower, rigging & antenna works will usually be the most visible indicator, with ground-level radio installation & network-integration following closely.

The site will not be exclusively 5G, all new EE sites carry 4G as a bare minimum. 2G will be on all but the most remote sites, 5G depending on location & site config.
