      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have really poor service to a point at times I cannot make/receive calls! &amp;nbsp;This problem has only occurred over last couple weeks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestions! &amp;nbsp;I should be on 5G but this changes!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
