Welcome to the community,

Not sure what thread you are referring to or are you only getting up to 2G? If you are on a legacy phone and SIM card, then 3G is being switched off and this would be why this is happening, if your phone was only able to go up to 3G.

It would be useful to give us more information.

The only thread matching the subject line that I can find, is from 2022.

Perhaps it would be helpful if the OP @Profile closed could explain the query they have with their EE network service.

I have problems with my signal and it goes to emergency and they are saying that there is planned work on going but i can not get on there website
