I've been trying to find a way to update a network status checker ticket, and there is literally no way (that I can find anyway) to dispute / reply / update with additional info. I raised a ticket previously for which I received a response saying that the signal was GOOD when the service is basically unusable.

I have raised another ticket now, Network Status Checker Report ID: 5113487, and I have finally managed to get speed tests to run on my device instead of complaining that there is no internet connection, and these are the results which I got (Screenshots attached).

Post Code: MK14 6FD

These results are taken from outside, as inside any buildings in this area the signal drops completely, and I fail to understand how this is seen as GOOD?

It doesn't matter what time of day I try, these results have been constant since the 3G signal was dropped.

Is anyone able to provide any assistance with these issues?

Measurement of coverage quality is different to that of achievable data speeds, hence the potential confusion.

You should follow this up with EE CS, follow their technical escalation procedure and attempt to get a fault ticket raised for further checks by network teams.

Called today. I'm literally between two masts, one that I teeter on the edge of, the other blocked by a forrest... so basically the equivalent of being between a rock and a hard place.

That sounds like an explanation for poor coverage, not poor speeds. The two are different.

If you're able to identify the carriers/bands that you're connecting to, it may assist - much easier on Android than Apple. Much depends on your level of understanding & persistence.
