    <description>&lt;P&gt;Evening everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just wondered if anyone had experienced the same issue; I’m all up to date with bills etc but today my phone just randomly said no service and when I log on to my EE app my account is no longer on there? I have done all the usual reset phone etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If no - this suggests a local coverage outage. Use the "check status" option on &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If yes - this suggests an account/SIM-specific issue. Assuming that you've tried toggling flight mode, you should contact EE CS on 0800 0798586 from another phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
