6 months later the signal is still abysmal! Now you can’t even report issues on the we website!

Is this an issue of your phone displaying reduced indicated coverage? Or are you having any service issues with calls, texts or mobile data?

"North Birmingham" is a large area, but you can report network outages countrywide, using the online status tool.

Mere green so the b47 area - there is now 2x 5g masts within 300 meters of my house and there is just no connection. Both inside or out - I was concerned it was my phone but if I go to London or Birmingham (city centre) it operates perfectly
