The 3G idea suggested is a very amusing conspiracy theory, but doesn't reflect reality.

4G is the base coverage layer.

3 days running we have never been able to get a signal I reported it ,still rubbish should have a refund thank god one of us didn't need a ambulance

I have checked the area for the post code you have provided and can see there is no known issues and coverage should be excellent both indoors and outdoors.

Does your phone work OK if you leave this specific area?

Did you report it via the link or by speaking with our customer care team?

Emergency calls can be made via WiFi-calling if you don't have access to any other phone.

Yes I'm peed off with signal lately can't phone anybody big thinking off leaving EE load crap .

You mention you "can't phone anybody" - is your phone showing coverage indicators when you have call problems?

Getting sick need to make a important phone ,network down again keep it up if you want us to leave EE not just me if I leave my partner leaves.

We should be compensated everytime network is down which is regular .
