mobile data not working

since yesterday i havent been able to use my mobile data, i tend to have full bars or 3 bars of signal. sometimes it cuts out completely.

my data is switched on and i have more than enough to use for this month

i am still able to text through normal messages without wifi but data just isnt working at all

i dont use the ee app

does any one have any advice?
