From 2/5/24 we have had no service on 5g router for a large part of the day in the craven arms area. So far today there has been no service at all.

Tech support have told me that there will be intermittent issues for next 2 weeks due to an upgrade. Today though I was told that the upgrade is not until 13 may and that the current issue is a fault with the mast but no timescales are available for a fix. No information is available on this forum, nor despite promises , have I received any texts with details about the issue and timescales for a fix.

I rely on a connection for my work, so I find the lack of transparency unacceptable .

Please can someone let me know the details of what is going on.
