data upload speeds

so i dont now why but for some reason on my 5G phone as off lately i can seem too get any decent upload in my area on the iphone 15 pro max which is really anyyoying im currently on an unlimited data plan and the last several times ive phoned ive not really gotten anywhere which .... is also even more anyyoying for the price

so the tests ive gone

5G i clocked in on 12.4Mbps upload 0.86Mbps

4G/LTE download was 9.08 and upload was 0.78

best one i have on my files is 22.4 download and4.13mbps

any help would be welcomed am having allot off problems with dicord vc or anything online mainly streaming services and gaming can handle normaly messages if i dont send an image or try remote play
