Agreed. Saying use Wi-Fi calling is not really a solution.

Mine worked fine last week, this week no coverage (though searching the postcode I should have coverage). Really strange.

At my workplace, last week, data/calls worked fine inside.

This week, I seem to get "4G" but nothing works. 1 bar on signal.

The troubleshoot of "use wifi calling" doesn't help as we don't have Wifi in my area of the workplace, just internet through a network (yes old fashioned but nothing I can do!)

You check the coverage and it says it is fine here...........its not.

However, as soon as I step foot outside the building 5G and excellent signal/data..... However, i can't hang outside the window all day!

Also the Live chat only on the app is well..........not great when you can't get any signal/data!

Sounds like you've used the coverage checker, not the status & faults checker - the two tools perform different functions.

The status checker allows you to report suspected issues that may not have been identified.
