There are numerous teams involved in site rollout, all of which work internally to operators. What is your query?

If LPA planning consent has been given, then an installation is already in process.

It's not in progress, I am the building owner, planning permission already exists for a mast that was decommissioned when Orange was around, hence I think EE would be interested.

An interesting scenario, is there existing coverage in this location? Sounds like this was a potential decom as part of Orange/T-Mobile consolidation.

That planning consent would likely be for a different install, newer equipment would very likely need a new application.

No masts by any operator, highly densely populated area, 40k resident on the sea, it's odd there are none given it's commercial value, the neighbouring town has 3 masts that don't reach and has half the population. Indoor coverage is almost non-existent in the town centre. I'm not sure why the mast ever went away.
