I operate in various rural areas and use EE mobile to run my business
and to contact customers in other rural areas of the UK. I have been
with EE/Orange fro 29 years. I have seen little improvement in network
coverage for voice calls over the past 25 years and most of my customers
agree. Possibly 50% of call are problematic, not connecting, dropping
the call or poor voice quality.

Poor coverage probably costs my very small business 10,s of thousands of
pounds every year.

This is simply not acceptable in 2024.

Is yours purely a coverage observation? You allude to having issues with call performance within good coverage areas, that's a different issue with different solutions...

Coverage checker for both my work locations is shown as much better than
actual coverage which is un reliable at best.

WiFi calling issues become very important when there is little or no
network coverage at all. 3 or 4 times recently I have had wifi calling
issues which it is now apparent were down to the network. I have lost
several days work as a result. This is costing my business a lot of money.

I suspect you're replying to these forum posts by using the email interface, which is putting your email signature - contact details included - onto a public internet forum for all to see.

That's an open invitation for spammers to start contacting you.
