Speak to someone at ee

I need to speak to a human at ee about horrendous connectivity which has lasted over 2 months now. The live chat function isn't working, the website doesn't load far enough to get to the page, my husband and I have both tried for several days. Is there a number I can call which doesn't cut me off to try and send a text message which never arrives?

What is this "horrendous connectivity" issue you're having? And is it regarding mobile or home broadband?

Its mobile. I cannot make normal calls without dialing out 10+ times to get it to connect. The signal is constantly dropping out.

Is this happening across different locations or is it only in one specific area? This is a good check of whether the issue is more likely to be network-related or device-related.
