Prior to BT changing to EE I used to get 35mb on 4g and as EE was best where I am (LA3 3LL) I also took up a sim only deal for my wireless router - all was working great and then the BT move - now at night I’m lucky to get 2.5 to 3mb - can’t stream tv or playback

my work mobile has also now dropped to 3mb on 4g where I used to get 65mb when it was on it’s BT sim

don’t know what’s going on but making working from all almost impossible, can’t use video on teams etc

whats going on ? According to your site - there are no issues in the area (probably because it’s that bad you can’t get on site!!!!)

Hi @johnriley8641

Welcome to the community.

I recommend speaking with our Technical Support team so they can check everything from our side and check the service in your area fully.
