Why is the signal so poor in the Peebles area. It was pretty good before, but for the last few months it’s been very poor, everything takes ages to load if it loads at all.

The state of the signal in Peebles has now become a standing joke. Customers are now leaving with no penalties and are being given discounts and refunds on their payments. I have reported this again for the third time and nothing seems to be getting done about it. From what I've heard it appears to have been an issue since the storms in January that knocked a few masts out, and then this was exacerbated by the mast being situated in a field being used for lambing. again I stress that this is all hearsay. I've heard from numerous local sources that EE were being denied access until the lambing season was completed. Could a mod see if there has been any movement on repairs being conducted on this issue pleaee
