    <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the last 2 or 3 weeks I have lost service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example I had good service last night indoors but none at all since early morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes service returns after switching the phone off and on. The coverage tool reports excellent 4G and 5G service. Seems to be a persistent problem in Central London. I have wiped the SIM card and reinserted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4319803"&gt;@Rprasad1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Did you click &amp;nbsp;the “check status tab” on the coverage checker as it reads you only checked coverage area. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; This doesn’t report an issue only what to expect in that area. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It’s probably a good idea to request a replacement SIM card as what you are doing to temporarily fix the issue isn’t a network issue but a device/sim issue. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
