      <title>I have no network bars showing on my phone, 150 number not sending texts through</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so this is the first time I have had network issues since joining EE. Since yesterday my network bars are showing as none or 1. I do seem to be getting a 4g signal as I have that symbol but my data is very very slow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is no better today so I have called 150 and it’s the new verification of they send you a text. I get as far as I’m having network issues, it says close this window we will send you a text it’s the network diagnostics… but nothing comes through. Any emails or texts from EE come through instantly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I am trying to get support but can’t get any further. Any help or advice is much appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Natalie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try the coverage checker it doesn’t show any problems. Then when I hit report it says I don’t have any products with EE. I have obviously registered wrong at one point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can make and receive calls but it is very poor and the other people can barely hear me/keeps cutting out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what to do. The service you receive from calling 150 is pretty poor when the texts don’t follow through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
