Currently have no signal at all, I cannot call EE as I have no network and the online and the service status page is also not working. I am south west Scotland.

Is there no online chat option or other ways to contact if there is no network and online services are down?

The coverage webtool is working fine here. https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee - although to load it you will need a working internet connection.

Can you try opening this link in a new web browser, EE Coverage & Network Status Checker | Check your signal do you get the same message?

Have you tried restarting your phone?
