HELP!!!!! My phone when out and about does not work on mobile data, it just stopped working, please could some one help me.

Does your phone show coverage indicators? Are you able to make & receive calls? Does it show VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (Apple)? Is mobile data enabled on the phone? When did this stop working?

Edited to add: Based on your other thread (here ) have you inadvertently toggled the "use mobile data" option in the app, to "off"?

have 4G and have 3/4 bars, but nothing seems to work…I received a whatsup message and I managed to send one but internet and App Store )plus a few apps themselves) don’t work….i have an Apple I phone.

If you're able to use some apps, then "nothing seems to work" sounds contradictory and proves your phone has a working internet connection.

Others more familiar with iOS can hopefully advise on troubleshooting what sounds like an issue with individual apps.

I’ve spoken to someone at re and I’m popping into the store as they cocked it up. thanks anyway.
