My signal is terrible 99% of the time, I only ever have 1 bar, sometimes none. This makes it difficult to use mobile data while out or even inside the house. I've turned on plane mode and back off again, also switched my phone off for a few minutes too, but it never males a difference! Can someone please help!

Have the same issue everywhere, unless I can connect to WiFi. It says there's no problems in my area , but clearly there must be

If you're having coverage issues in multiple locations, it tends towards a potential phone fault. Network faults affect all users indiscriminately - if coverage levels were this poor across such a wide area as you suggest, it would generate significant volumes of complaints.

Comparing your phone with that of other EE users in the same locations, is the best test for you. Then perform 2way SIM-swaps whenever possible - see if the problem follows your SIM or remains with your phone.
