Hello,

I'm having the same issue. I've just waited on hold for 45-mins to get through to my Doctors and they answered and said "hello? Hello?" and HUNG UP!! I'm gutted. I have full bars, I've checked my wifi speed and it's excellent. Like you, I can only call people on WhatsApp!

What's the point in having a top of the range phone and a fast internet connection if you can't even make a voice call?! C'mon EE, I could make perfectly good voice calls from my landline in the 80s. Now I have a super computer in my hands and the most basic feature isn't working!

If anyone has any idea how to resolve this, I'd be eternally grategul!

Do you have the same problem when not connected to WiFi in another area?

No, it's just at home. I have restarted my router, yes, although my Internet connection is very fast and reliable.

Do you have any ideas? I also have wifi calling enabled.

Can you try forgetting the WiFi network on your phone and then setting up the WiFi again, does this make any difference?

Do we have any problems showing for the area on our EE Coverage & Network Status Checker | Check your signal if you select 'check status'?
